This policy describes how Cantina MaGiRo di Paolo Robbiani ("we") processes the personal data of visitors to the magiro.ch website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, for EU visitors, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect and why

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and message, to reply to your requests. Legal basis: consent / pre-contractual measures.
Shop orders: name, address, e-mail, phone and order details, to handle and fulfil the order. Payment is made at pickup or delivery: we do not collect credit-card data. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal (accounting) obligations.
Technical cookies: a cookie to remember the chosen language and a session cookie for the cart. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies.
Statistics (if enabled): where applicable, a privacy-friendly analytics solution (no cookies, no personal data) for aggregated statistics.

Third-party content

Some pages embed Google Maps and show the latest Instagram posts (images served by Meta's servers). When you open these resources, the respective providers may collect data according to their own policies. E-mails are sent through our mail provider.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and to comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting for orders), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Disclosure of data

We do not sell your data. It may be processed by providers that assist us (hosting, e-mail) solely to deliver the service and with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and object to processing by writing to info@magiro.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC).
